MEET Brooke

Hi my name is Brooke & I am founder and CEO of BLJ Collective LLC . My primary role in the company is fashion visionary and what that means is that I take your inspirations and transform them into stunning visual concepts for all of your fashion needs. I’m here to help you curate your look from start to finish.

When I was growing up I loved fashion and I’ve always felt connected to fashion in some way, shape or form. Art was my favorite subject and sketching was one of my favorite pastimes. Even when I was in 8th grade I sketched my ideal prom dress which was a combination of hot pink and zebra print. I know it’s not in trend now but in the early 2000s? You would have loved it! My favorite tv show was ‘Say Yes to The Dress’ and seeing those wow moments of the brides falling in love with what they had on, committing to it, and being fully confident moving forward with their plans. That is exactly what I’m here to help you with. 

I graduated from UNCG in 2019 majoring in consumer apparel and retail studies with a concentration in apparel product design. I have a strong background in sewing and garment construction. I have designed many collections and was featured in GSOFW. During my time in school I interned in NYC under a bridal designer and worked at a bridal showroom which grew my love for the industry even more. I had a desire to work with brides and I knew this was my calling.

There’s no better feeling than simply living in the moment – especially when it comes to your big day. I’m combining my education background, experience, and passion to serve you by providing a cultivated experience to help you find your perfect bridal day look, the look you’ve been dreaming about.
